I wish we could see that in color

When I was about 4, this was around 1960,we had a back porch. This porch didn’t have a roof,or side rail’s it was just a platform about 10 by 20 foot. With steps leading up to it. This is where Mom would wash the Laundry in the summer, on a Ringer Style Washing Machine. We had two old dog’s, the oldest being the grouchy ’est. of the two. There was a what we called a “slop jar“ it was used by us kid’s to keep from ,going up to the out house at night. That was setting on the porch, still full from the night before. I was on the porch with mom ,watching her wash the clothes. When all of a sudden the dog’s started fighting, the “Slop Jar” when flying with it’s Contents going every where! Being only used ,to Black and White Television, but hearing Relatives living in Tennessee, talking about Color Television when they would come to visit. I turned to Mom and said ,I WISH WE COULD HAVE SAW THAT IN COLOR…..
